Last Chance Weekends (LCW) are designed for couples who want results now. The program is created for you to experience healing, conquer conflict, improve communication, build intimacy and achieve restoration in your marriage.
The Last Chance Weekend is led by Hasani and Danielle Pettiford who, over the past 15 years, have worked with thousands of couples. Along with their incredible team of practitioners, they bring incredible insight, transformation and restoration to couples struggling from betrayal.

The Last Chance Weekend is a 3-day intensive designed for couples who have reached their breaking point. Maybe there has been an infidelity, a separation, abuse, or the threat of divorce. Perhaps your situation is so unique that traditional counseling wouldn’t even scratch the surface. Whatever has brought a crisis to the doorstep of your marriage, Couples Academy provides a holistic approach to get your relationship on the road to recovery.
A 3-day intensive is equivalent to 8-months of counseling and provides everything you need to get the most out of the weekend. You’ll participate in a combination of individual and group sessions, hear from other couples who have survived the crisis in their marriages, and work through your issues in privacy with your practitioner.
While nearly everyone has initial concerns about the group format, couples who go through the experience rave about it. Our team of practitioners make sure that attendees are comfortable throughout the process and are never required to do anything they don’t wish to do.
WHAT'S COVERED:
Our Last Chance Weekend is truly unique because of the counseling and coaching we offer and how we conduct our sessions. We utilize several experiential learning elements and other activities to give couples an experience that brings rapid transformation.
While traditional counseling can take about eight months to deal with deep-rooted issues, we tackle the most challenging relationship issues – betrayal, intimacy, communication, trust, finances, and family in as little as three days.
We dive deep into all aspects of your relationship. Anything you are willing to bring to this experience, we will address and seek to overcome.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We currently host the Last Chance Weekend at Courtyard Marriott. The address to the retreat center is 12655 Deerfield Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
You can fly to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It is approximately 36 miles from the retreat center.
If you are flying a day or more before, we encourage you to rent a car so you can enjoy all that Atlanta has to offer.
If you arrive the day the weekend begins, we encourage you to take a taxi/uber to the hotel.
We encourage you to arrive early on Friday morning unless you live on the west coast.
Attendance is capped at 16 couples. We intentionally keep it intimate in order to provide special attention for each couple. In addition to group sessions, each couple is assigned a practioner for private sessions and ongoing support throughout the weekend.
Last Chance Weekends are not covered by insurance. All services are an out-of-pocket expense.
While we are people of faith and hold to Christian values and principles, we meet people where they are with regard to faith. We welcome different backgrounds of faith as couples can benefit from viewpoints outside of themselves.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay in full: One payment of $6,500.
2 Payment Option: $3,250 is the deposit and the balance is due at the time of the intensive.
3-Month Installment Plan: $2,000 is the deposit and there are 3 monthly installments of $1600.
The cost is per couple and covers both spouses. Lodging and meals are included: two nights lodging and all meals from Friday lunch through Sunday lunch.
Please note: Installment Plan payments paid monthly for Last Chance Weekend are not a subscription. They are in place of one, single up-front payment. The initial deposit is charged immediately and the Installment Plan payments continue one month from the purchase date until all installments of the Plan have been paid.
